CNC Machining, Laser Cutting, Welding, Assembly, and Testing Capabilities

At Champ Metal Fabrication, we integrate CAD/CAM software into our advanced CNC systems to deliver high-speed machining with tight tolerances, producing repeatable top-quality industrial parts. Using programmable Trumpf laser and punch equipment, we support a broad range of configurations, including tube and sheet metals with varying thicknesses (up to one inch).

Our welders are trained to AWS standards and can perform both robotic and manual welding techniques for aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel parts. We also offer stud and spot welding services for large-scale assembly projects that require clean, high-speed joints.

Champ Metal Fabrication also performs tensile testing (up to 20,000 pounds) to validate structural integrity before a component moves to the final assembly stage.
