Champ’s heavy equipment fabrication services include fabricating and machining mechanical, structural, and protective components for many construction applications. Painting and Coating Services

To maximize service life and durability, paint and powder coating is available. We have a 12 ft. x 24 ft. x 8 ft. booth with sufficient space for both small and larger components, including bigger welded assemblies and frames. After electrostatic coating, parts are cured for a uniform coating that is highly chip resistant.

Our coatings are both ASTM D3359 certified to maximize corrosion resistance and maintain long-lasting adhesion for nearly any type of construction application.

Prior to packing and delivery, we complete thorough adhesion testing, inspection, and thickness verification.
